At the Harmony Grace Imagination Foundation, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Art Prints
Please note that prints are not eligible for refunds.
Original Artwork
No Refunds: Due to the unique nature of original artwork, all sales of original pieces are final.
Damaged Artwork: If your original artwork arrives damaged, you must provide photographic proof of the damage within 24 hours of receiving the item. In such cases, we will work with you to either repair the piece or exchange it.
Shipping: The buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Commissioned Artwork
Non-refundable Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when commissioning a piece of artwork.
Partial Refunds: If the commission is canceled before the final approval, a partial refund will be issued, deducting the deposit. No refunds are available once the commission has been completed and approved by the client.
Damaged Artwork: If the commissioned artwork arrives damaged, please provide photographic proof within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for repair or replacement.
